The annual LGBTQ at Union exhibition returns this fall to the Wikoff Student Gallery and will coincide with October’s LGBTQ History Month and National Coming Out Day, October 11th. The exhibition includes works in photography, documentary film, musical composition, and creative writing by current Union College professors, recent graduates and alumni. This year’s artist’s are: Professor Martin Benjamin, Stephanie Burlton (’07), Pakk Hui (’00, ’01, ’02), Trevor Martin (’14), Michael Allen Potter (’94), Sarah Rand (’14), Shanna Saldaña (’14), and Amilcar Tirado (’02, ’05).

“LGBTQ” is an acronym used to refer to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning community. Now in its sixth year, the LGBTQ at Union exhibition continues to provide students, faculty, staff, and alumni a platform for expressing themselves and sharing their experiences, as well as presents an opportunity for them and others to learn, accept, and grow as members of the Union community.

This exhibition was generously co-sponsored by the Schaffer Library and UNITAS.
