A Parking Monitoring System

The goal of this project was to design a parking monitoring system for Union College that: is accessible by Union students and faculty members, mitigates traffic, and helps travel planning around campus. Three separate parking lots were evaluated for solution design requirements. Two different types of solutions were implement for three different parking lots around campus and a website makes the information about these lots available online. The two different systems used can be seen in figures 1 and 2 below.
