The Schenectady ARC is a non profit organization which acts as a resource platform for people with developmental disabilities. The organization promotes independency amongst the individuals at the center through multiple activities. One of their main activities is their own greenhouse through which also acts as a source of funds by selling the grown plants. Given that it is a greenhouse, a watering system is required to ensure healthy growth of plants.  The currently implemented system requires manual work and constant supervision. The main goal is to redesign the current sprinkler system to account for the ARC’s financial and educational means.
