WORK AREA “A”- Science and Engineering Courtyard (North)/ Existing Building

  • Tuesday: Install solder pile and lagging in courtyard
  • Tuesday: Install rebar/electric conduits/Sleeves/form-work for elevated deck
  • Tuesday: Layout and Install sleeve for electrical and plumbing utilities
  • Tuesday: Selective Removals of existing Science and Engineering Building, levels 1 – 3 noise and vibration expected
  • Wednesday: Excavate and install new sewer pit
  • Wednesday: Layout and Install underground MEP
  • Wednesday: Place concrete foundations in courtyard adjacent to Bailey Hall
  • Wednesday: Install solder pile and lagging in courtyard
  • Wednesday: Saw-cut existing concrete slab in SandE basement noise and vibration expected; coordinate with class schedules”
  • Wednesday: Demo walkway between Steinmetz and Butterfield (tentative)
  • Thursday: Place Concrete for elevated deck- (tentative; Schedule based on College coordination and weather)
  • Thursday: Layout and Install underground MEP

WORK AREA “B”- South side of Science and Engineering

  • Tuesday: Install door in room S006; (coordination with college)
  • Tuesday: Backfill Expect truck traffic and minor noise (flag person will be present)
  • ALL WEEK: Area clean-up

WORK AREA “C” – Alexander Lane

  • Expect continued construction traffic (flagger and spotter provided for all deliveries)
