Education: Ph.D. (2010), Electrical Engineering, University of Wyoming; M.S. (2006), Electrical Engineering, Clarkson University; B.S. (2004), Electrical Engineering, Clarkson University.

Teaching Interests: Alternative energy, electric circuits, electric power, electromagnetics, and signal processing applications in power grids.

Research Interests: Power system electromechanical mode estimation and forced oscillation detection and location using synchrophasors; digital forensics using power system frequency interference; ultra low cost phasor measurement unit design; audification of synchrophasors for power-grid-composed music; the use of a drum set as an education tool for understanding power grid signal processing approaches.

Work Experience: Research Engineer (Assured Information Security, 2012-2014), Adjunct Professor in Electrical Engineering (University of Wyoming, 2012), Postdoctoral Research Associate (University of Wyoming, 2010-2012).

Personal Interests: Playing the drums, running, biking, and playing with my family.
