About Maker Web Events
The Maker Web hosts an ongoing series of faculty development events. The events are meant to inspire, inform, connect and spread awareness of the many resources we offer and the ways in which Union faculty are taking advantage of the Labs for their courses and research.
Also we will be hosting a series of ongoing student-led workshops that will focus on digital and analog fabrication and craft and the resources in our Labs. The workshops are open to anyone and will cover various topics, technologies and techniques that will enable participants to take advantage of our resources through skill building, demos and hands-on instruction. Information on the workshops will be posted on our website and emailed out so keep your eye out for more updates.
In addition to these workshops and events the Maker Web Lecture series is starting up again and we will be bringing speakers to discuss projects, work and research around Making, Digital Fabrication, Virtual Reality and other exciting topics.
Information on all these events will be posted here and emailed out so stay tuned and see you soon at the next event!
If there are topics you want to know more about please let us know through with the Maker Web Workshop Request form. Thanks for your input!
