The Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity at Union College welcomes students at Schenectady area elementary schools to “Phright Fest 2006” Saturday, Oct. 28 from 1-4 p.m. at the Old Chapel.
More than 100 parents have confirmed their children’s attendance for a FREE afternoon of fun including face painting, cookie decorating, and trick-o-treating.
