Do you know what “Inclusive Excellence” means? We are looking to expand the breadth and depth of expertise in inclusive excellence at Union. To do that, we are seeking two sets of partners:
- Two to three faculty who could serve as experts to work in an advisory capacity with others from the NY6 schools (Colgate, Hamilton, Hobart-William Smith, St. Lawrence, Skidmore & Union) to develop shared resources in inclusive excellence.
- Six to twelve faculty who are interested in learning more about inclusive excellence by participating in a five week MOOC run by Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Innovation running from either November 4th through December 9th, or February 17th through March 23rd. If there is sufficient interest among Union faculty we would like to run it as a faculty learning community.
