Director of College Grants & Sponsored Programs

Nicole Marshall is Director of College Grants & Sponsored Programs in the Office of College Relations at Union College, where she has worked for 12 years. Prior to arriving at Union she worked as a grant writer and housing counselor at Better Neighborhoods, Inc., a not-for-profit agency in the City of Schenectady. Her areas of specialization include advancing institutional priorities through private foundation and government funding sources, project management, budget development, and team-based proposal development. She is an active member of the Council on Undergraduate Research and the National Council of University Research Administration.
