Please join the Russian and East European Culture Club as we celebrate our annual WinterFest. Professor Pease of the English and Russian departments will be teaching us how to make authentic Russian beet soup, “Borsch,” while she and adjunct professor of Russian Elena Rezinkova will be sharing their unique insights into Russian culture and cuisine.
