Progress has been made, and while it has proven to be impossible with the resources currently available the project is at a good jumping off point for the oncoming fall continuation.

The following has been studied:

  • Material chemical integrity
  • Localized morphology
  • Binary Systems
  • Ternary Systems
  • Quaternary Systems
  • Localized electrical behavior of unprocessed ternary systems
  • Affect of material compilation on localized electrical behavior

The following are the immediate goals for the future, ECE-499 is over but there is still some great work to be done:

  • Use of the probe station for more localized data
  • Use of CV and EIS techniques to gain an understanding of the film’s electrical performance as a system
  • Designing, fabricating, and comparing different material designs of ternary and quaternary systems’ electrical performance
