Progress has been made, and while it has proven to be impossible with the resources currently available the project is at a good jumping off point for the oncoming fall continuation.
The following has been studied:
- Material chemical integrity
- Localized morphology
- Binary Systems
- Ternary Systems
- Quaternary Systems
- Localized electrical behavior of unprocessed ternary systems
- Affect of material compilation on localized electrical behavior
The following are the immediate goals for the future, ECE-499 is over but there is still some great work to be done:
- Use of the probe station for more localized data
- Use of CV and EIS techniques to gain an understanding of the film’s electrical performance as a system
- Designing, fabricating, and comparing different material designs of ternary and quaternary systems’ electrical performance
