WORK AREA “A”- Science & Engineering Courtyard (North)

  • Thursday: Place geotextile fabric and 6-inches of compacted sub-base/ Establish survey points for “NEW EDITION”- Potential Minor Vibration & Noise
  • Friday: Continue survey points for “NEW EDITION”; Start excavation next to foundations of towers 1,2, & 3.- Potential Minor Vibration & Noise

  • Friday: Relocate existing condenser units- Coordinate with facility IT department during operation
  • Monday: Remove existing tree (morning) & begin utility relocations SW corner of S&E.- Relocate students/faculty to new asphalt walkway during operations
  • Tuesday: Continue utility relocations SW corner of S&E.- Relocate students/faculty to new asphalt walkway during operations
  • Wednesday: Continue utility relocations SW corner S&E.- Relocate students/faculty to new asphalt walkway during operations

WORK AREA “C”- Alexander lane

  • Thursday through Monday; Increased truck traffic due to deliveries – Flag persons provided during deliveries, North lift gate on Alexander Lane open 7 a.m.- 3 p.m.

  • Friday: Install temporary fence & gates

  • Tuesday: Grade area and install geotextile fabric, place 6-inches of compacted sub-base- Potential minor noise/vibration/ Increased truck traffic on Alexander Lane
  • Wednesday: Continue placement of 6-inches of compacted sub-base- Potential minor noise/vibration/ Increased truck traffic on Alexander Lane

WORK AREA “B”- South side of Science & Engineering

  • Friday: No work scheduled
  • Monday: Excavate for asphalt sidewalks- Flag-persons to be provided. Student traffic detour through S&E
  • Tuesday: Place asphalt in sidewalks- Flag-persons to be provided, potential odor due to asphalt. Student traffic detour through S&E
  • Wednesday: Existing Landscape removals/ Potential condenser relocation- Student traffic re-routed onto new asphalt sidewalk/ flag-persons provided

  • Friday: Place asphalt in area located between temporary fence & Bailey Field- Light Truck Traffic on Alexander Lane, Flag-persons to be provided, potential odor due to asphalt.
