My major task for Week 3 of Fall Term was to work towards identifying the primary classification technique for our team’s identification system. So, part of the research I needed to conduct this week was comparing and contrasting the techniques used in several of the different studies in the references provided by IEEE. Essentially, I needed to look determine between using a demosaicing-based classifier or a PRNU-based classifier. As for the rest of the team, they were tasked with downloading the image database that had just been released to us and to begin developing code that can pull and store image average RGB data from each camera in the database.
