My task for Week 8 of Fall Term was to work on constructing the necessary Matlab code in order to produce our system’s first feature space. The length of which this feature-space-construction would take place was on the scale of several hours, so it was necessary to effectively and efficiently designated the time to construct this feature space. I found that the computers located in Union’s PASTA Lab had the best processing power in order to construct our feature space in the fastest amount of time, so these computers will be used for the bulk of our feature-space-construction for the rest of the project.
