Exterior Brick removal located on Level 2 of the North Elevation of the Science & Engineering building shall continue through June 2, 2017. Due to the potential dust & noise this activity creates, the following schedule has been established:

  •  May 25, 2017- 7am to 1:40pm
  • May 26, 2017- 7am to 1:40pm
  • May 29, 2017- NO WORK HOLIDAY
  • May 30, 2017- NO EXTERIOR REMOVALS LEVEL 1 BIOLOGY LABS
  • May 31, 2017- 7am to 1:40pm
  • June 1, 2017- 6am to 11am/ NO REMOVALS in AFTERNOON;

LEVEL 2 & 3 Biology Labs:

  • June 2, 2017- 7am to 1:40am
  • June 5 through June 8, 2017- NO REMOVALS (FINAL EXAMS)

Please note that the exterior windows located on level 2 in rooms S205 (Physiology), S201A (Storage), S201 (Herpetology), & S253 (Bathroom) shall be sealed to prevent migration of any nuisance dust from entering the building.

Starting Tuesday afternoon temporary sheeting installation operations shall begin along the South East Corner of the existing Science & Engineering building. The crane and sheeting shall be mobilized to this area on Tuesday and actual work is scheduled to begin on Wednesday at 7:00 a.m. Please expect minor vibration and noise during activity. Student & faculty shall be directed to walk through Wold, Science & Engineering, and exit at Bailey to gain access to the Alumni Gym. Flag persons shall be available to direct student & faculty traffic during this time. The area shall have all materials removed and cleaned on Wednesday evening after activity has been completed.
