Yes, that's Erin Wittes '00 on The Price is Right.
Wittes and her 45 teammates from the Union swim team took a break from their winter
training retreat at Mission Viejo, Calif., to see a taping of the show in nearby Burbank
on Dec. 9.
After Wittes heard the trademark, “Come on down!” she won the opening round
by guessing the price of a TV-VCR combination unit. Then, she was on stage with host Bob
Barker for a round in which she won $100.
Wittes wears a Union shirt on the show, and the garnet-clad Union contingent was strong
and vocal, said Union Swim Coach Judy Wolfe.
The show is to air Monday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m. on CBS (WRGB – Channel 6).
