1. The minutes of the March 27 meeting were corrected
and approved.
2. The committee discussed the mid-term grade cover
letter that will be sent to Freshman instructors.
3. Danette Slevinski gave the Student Forum report. She
indicated that Dean Sorum presented a draft of the semester proposal to
the Forum.
4. Danette Slevinski began a discussion of the major in
Modern Languages and availability of courses.
