Armand V. and Donald S. Feigenbaum, leading authorities on Total Quality
Management, are to participate in the fifth annual Feigenbaum Forum on
Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 3:30 p.m. in the Conference Room in Feigenbaum Hall.

Panelists also include President Roger Hull; Susan Lehrman, director of GMI;
J. Douglass Klein, associate dean for information technology; Dr. Henry Pohl,
Albany Medical Center; Cherrice Traver, assessment coordinator for engineering;
and Robert Balmer, dean of engineering.

Topics of discussion are to include curricular changes in the Graduate
Management Institute and engineering, distance education and bioethics.

The Feigenbaums, both Union graduates, are founders of General Systems
Company in Pittsfield, Mass. The company designs and implements integrated
management systems for major corporations and organizations throughout the
world.
