Not only did the men and women's hockey teams succeed on the ice, the two squads were well represented in the classroom. A total of 15 student-athletes were recognized by the ECAC for their academic success. The women placed a conference-best 10 players on the ECAC All-Academic squad while the Dutchmen had five players qualify with their 3.0 or higher grade point average.
The Dutchwomen have six players eligible for the American Women's Hockey Coaches Assoc. Academic All-American team, which requires a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Winners will be announced later this month.
