Alice Marocco, director
of gift planning, recently received the Retirement Recognition Award from the
Council for the Advancement of Secondary Education. She was cited for her 20
years of service to the College and to the field of gift planning, where she
has conducted a number of popular seminars for colleagues at Union
and other institutions. A nomination letter from President Roger Hull cited her
“personal relationships with alumni and friends who value not only Alice's
expertise, but also trust in her genuine friendship and interest in them and
their lives.”
