A two-year starter for the soccer team, Flanagan has scored nine goals and 22 points while being selected to the Upstate Collegiate Athletic Conference's Second-Team following each season.

Flanagan, who missed the hockey team's first seven games while participating in the NCAA National Championship Soccer Tournament, finished third on the Skating Dutchwomen's scoring list with 30 points on 14 goals and 16 assists. She did not
play ice hockey as a freshman.

A two-year starter for Union's nationally-ranked lacrosse team, Flanagan, who is a native of Simsbury, Connecticut, and a graduate of The Loomis Chaffee School, set a Union single-season records by scoring 62 goals and 76 points as a freshman.
She was named the UCAA's “Rookie of the Year” and was selected to the conference's second-team. Flanagan was also a national third- team All-American as chosen by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association.

Flanagan, who is a civil engineering major, was again leading the team in scoring when she suffered a season-ending knee injury in game 12. She finished second with 32 goals and 50 points, but missed playing in the Dutchwomen's New York State Women's Collegiate Athletics Association championship tournament, hosted and won by Union. She is not expected to return to athletic competition until the 2004 lacrosse season.

Despite her injury, Flanagan was selected to the UCAA All-Conference First-Team as well as to the All-State team and the Northeast Region All-American First-Team.

This year Molly and her sister, Liz, were featured in Inside Lacrosse Magazine, the
NCAA News (and web site), and were on the cover of College Hockey Guide,
