Frank Wicks,
associate professor of mechanical engineering, is author of an article, “The
Remarkable Henry Ford,” in this month's issue of Mechanical Engineering. The article details the automobile pioneer's
vast influence on the occasion of his company's centennial. Wicks also wrote an
article about the Global Positioning System titled “Where on Earth?” for the
July issue of Mechanical Engineering,
a membership publication for the 140,000 members of the American Society of
Mechanical Engineers.
