Jim Feck, web site director

Jim Feck has joined the Union College Office of Communications as web site director, it was announced by Dan Lundquist, vice president for admissions, financial aid and communications.


Feck, of Cambridge, N.Y., has been a web developer and IT project manager for over seven years. He was previously the webmaster for the Rockefeller Institute of Government's Roundtable on Religion and Social Welfare Policy in Albany, and a project manager and business analyst for Systems1 Inc. in Saratoga Springs.


Feck succeeds Tom Smith in the web director position. Along with Erik Espana, web programmer; and intern Jason Slater, Feck will work with College administrators and faculty to develop, maintain and enhance the official Union College website.


Feck received his bachelor's degree in political science from the State University of New York, University at Albany in 1994. Among his more noteworthy non-technical abilities are juggling and explaining hockey's “icing” rule.
