Kathleen LoGiudice, assistant professor of Biology, has a new paper in the August edition of the journal BioScience, published by the American Institute of Biological Sciences. Her work is featured on the cover, with a pair of photos of Allegheny woodrats. The paper investigates the disappearance of the Allegheny woodrat from the northern part of its range, taking a synthetic, historical-ecological approach. The paper can be found at http://www.aibs.org/bioscience/bioscience_online_2006.html.
