The first holy day of the spring term is Passover, which begins at sundown on Monday, April 2. Good Friday is April 6, and Easter is Sunday, April 8.  Some students will not be back to campus at the start of the spring term in order to be with their families for Passover. They should be back on campus on Wednesday or Thursday of the first week of classes. Those students who celebrate Easter may not be in class on Monday, April 9. Faculty members are encouraged to refrain from scheduling quizzes or exams during these religious holidays and to make appropriate arrangements for students to make up missed course work.
