COORDINATORS are leaders within the Maker Academy. They oversee workflows, mentor other students, and collaborate with faculty on more advanced or interdisciplinary projects. Coordinators may also help develop training materials, lead workshops, and support strategic initiatives within the Maker Web Labs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and coordinate lab workflows and manage larger more complex projects
• Mentor Assistants and Specialists, facilitating their technical and professional growth.
• Develop and deliver formal training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on curriculum integration, project development, and outreach initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Represent the Maker Web in college events including the Maker Faire and community engagement activities.
