RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate technical proficiency in assigned tools and software.
• Provide peer-to-peer training and support, helping Assistants build confidence.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues independently or with minimal guidance.
• Collaborate with other students and faculty on projects, offering informed advice.
• Assist in developing training materials and maintaining resource documentation.
• Uphold and promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and respect in the lab environment.
