The instrument came with a few standard reference materials, shown here.
- Sintered silicon powder.
- α-alumina powder.
- Oriented silicon wafer. This assembly replaces the whole standard stage top piece.
SAXS small-angle scattering standard. It looks like some kind of plastic, but other than that I don’t know what it is.
