Exporting your site statistics to a spreadsheet is easy!
Go to your <Dashboard> and look for the Statistics section toward the bottom of the page. The default view is to show you an overview of the last 30 days.
To view more statistics, click on the
<See All Stats> button.
Now you can see an expanded version of the graph from the last month, and then all of your statistics.
At the top of the graph, you can click on the tab for the time span you’d like to see: Last Month, Last 3 Months, or Last Year.
Below the graph, you can see the Content section with a list of all of your pages and posts, and the stats for each one.
Select the information you’d like and copy. Now you can paste the information into your spreadsheet – but there’s a catch!
For an Excel spreadsheet
Place your curser in your cell, right click and choose Paste Special | HTML.
Or you can choose
Edit | Paste Special from the Excel menu bar.
For a Google Sheet
Place your curser in a cell, right click and choose Paste Special | Paste Values Only.
Or you can choose
Edit | Paste Special | Paste Values Only from the Google menu bar.
Now you have a spreadsheet that you can format.
